Miles is growing so fast, I can't believe he is almost one! The bigger he gets the more I see of his little personality, something I fear he got from me. My Mom always told me that not all children are as calm and relaxed as AJ but I never understood just how different two brothers could be. If I had to sum Miles up in one word it would have to be determined, once he has something in his mind there is NO STOPPING HIM! We can't even let him see a bottle until it's time for his or he will freak out and cry at in the kitchen until we get him his.
He lovers computers and exploring the kitchen even thought these are not approved playing areas. I am starting to teach him no and even slapping his hands. I know that may sound extrema but what other way can I teach him that THIS is not appropriate.
As soon as I am in the bathroom (I just put potty and had to go correct it, ha ha ha!) he heads to the oven and gets right in. I have no way to secure it shut and now he has found the knobs!

Gotta love that kid! Ben was like that when he was younger...luckily we had an oven lock! Good luck!!
Uh oh, he's going to be a fun challenge for you! Keep you on your toes :) Well at least he would learn quick if he did happen to burn himself one day, although that would be really really bad.
Why do they have to be so stinkin' cute while they break the rules? Riley climbs on everything and when I tell him no he always gets the cutest innocent look on his face. It makes scolding that much harder.
